多车道高速公路的适应交通量计算模型

摘要: <正>对6年生盆栽银杏苗分别喷施4种金属盐诱导其叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,紫外分光光度计测定银杏叶2002年的黄酮含量和PAL活性年周期变化。以及不同处理下银杏叶PAL活性。结果表明:4种金属盐处理对银杏叶中PAL活性及黄酮含量有显著的影响,从9月19日开始,分别用0.1%、0.3%的Fe-So4、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的ZnSO4,0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的MnSO。和0.1%、0.4%的CuSO。处理,不仅可提高叶黄酮含量,而且还延长了最佳采叶期,其中提高黄酮含量最佳处理组合为0.1%FeSO4+0.2%ZnSO4+0.3%MnSO4+0.4%CuSO4,该处理下。叶片黄酮含量高达1.6194%。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the state of driving and service level which was under different traffic regulation of mutilane, the limitation and the adaptability of AADT calculation model which was traditionally applied in China were concluded. The new calculation model about AADT was introduced. All parameters of the new model were discussed in detail. At last, the result which was applied the new model into Nanjing-Shanghai Expressway widening projection was compared with the original one, it was found that the new result had more prominent accuracy than old one.
