<正>风景名胜区的游憩价值评估是制定管理政策，协调利益相关者利益的基础。笔者运用费用支出法与支什意愿调查相结争的方法。估算出中山陵园风景名胜区的年游憩价值为15.940亿元。根据不同假设计算的游憩总价值现值在471.4乙元～7532.4亿元（折现率3.5%）。笔者认为游憩价值具有较大的不确定性。主要影响因素育游客数量、消费水平及时间价值。另外。游憩阶值的外溢性及其与资产价值之间的关系对经济管理政策的制定有重要意义。

With the bull) scale and the leaf of commercial lily varieties’ Sorbonne’, ’ Siberia’, ’Tiber’ as initial explants, the effect factors of 6 -BA(0.3～2.0mg/L), KT(0.5-2.0mg/L), NAA(0.1～2.0 mg/L, 2, 4 -D (0.5～2.0 mg/L), ZT(0.1～0.5rag/L) on organogenesis of the Lilium oriental were studied. Using the callus as initial explants, the effect factors 6-BA (0.2～1.5 mg/L), 2.4-D (0.5～2.0mg/L) on somatic embryogenesis were examined. The results showed that the auxin in high concentralion was advantageous to ad ventitious buds differentiation from leaf. 6 - BA could raise the bud differentiation frequency from the bull) scale. Somatic embryogenesis could be induced from callus by 2, 4 -D.
