摘要

<正>PVAc为常用的胶枯刺,在VAc与NMA乳液聚合中添加尿素。通过改变碌素的用量来考察其对PVAc-NMA-Urea稳定性、膜性能以及其他一些性能的影响。实验结果表明:PVAc-NMA-Urea具有转高的耐水性、粘接性和固体含量;当碌素的用量为主聚合单体VAc质量的1%~2%时,PVAcnm A-Urea平均湿强度是PVAe的2.04倍。平均固体分量也提高了17.85%。

Abstract

The relationship between veneer checking and drying process about the painting of violet polyuretheane with different powers of ultraviolet radiation was investigated, which improves the importance of the power. Four schemes are designed in the point of power of ultraviolet radiation. The painting of polyuretheane on the red oak and white oak and I, ~tsia palembanica Miq. parquet is dried by ultraviolet radiation violet lights. Based on the tests, it also analyses the surface checking of parquet from the initial time of surface checking and surface checking rate. It is reasonable to adopt the fourth scheme for red oak parquet, the second one for white oak parquet and the third one for I. palernbanica Miq. parquet. The second scheme can be applied for the three kinds of parquets.
