香榧外种皮的超临界CO2萃取及化学成分分析

摘要: <正>青钱柳种子属于深休眠类型,在自然条件下,需要经过隔年甚至2午才能萌发,笔者对综合处理的青钱柳种子萌发过程中各种激素的变化进行分析。结果表明:随着层积时间的增长,其脱落酸(ABA)的含量逐渐减少,而赤霉隶(GA)、生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(CTK)的舍量则逐渐增加。赤霉素与脱落酸、生长素与脱落酸和细胞奇裂素与脱落酸含量的比值也呈现出基本增加的趋势。进一步证实了赤霉素(GA)是种子萌发的促进物质。同时,生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(CTK)在解除种子休眠过程中也起到一定的促进作用。

Abstract: Supercritical CO2 extraction was mainly adopted to extract Torreya grandis episperm, and its chemical components of extractive were analyzed in this paper. Effects of extraction pressure, temperature, time and separation temperature single-factor tests on the yield of extractive were investigated. Suitable conditions were determined based on orthogonal experimental program, i. e., extraction pressure 15 MPa, extraction temperature 45℃, extraction time 120 min, separation temperature 35℃. Under this condition, the yield of extractive was 17.5%. By analyzing the extractive, it was found that there were 38 chemical compounds. The terpene compounds was the main content in the extractive of Torreya grandis by GC-MS.
