太湖流域排污许可权交易政策经济学分析

Economic analysis on dealing of pollutant discharge permit regime in Taihu drainage area

摘要: <正>以树干毕赤酵母为发酵菌株,混合糖葡萄糖与木糖质量比为2:1为发酵底物,通过分批添料来提高糖利用率及乙醇得率。结果表明,一次性投料发酵糖初始浓度以94.0 g/L为最佳,乙醇浓度可达33.9 g/L。在高糖浓度一次性投料发酵中,延长发酵时间可以继续降低残糖浓度,增加乙醇浓度。但是初始糖浓度越高,其变化幅度也越低。初始糖浓度为108.0 g/L,31 h发酵后残糖浓度为9.1 g/L,乙醇浓度为34.3 g/L,延长到42 h时残糖浓度为0.4 g/L,乙醇浓度提高到37.0 g/L。当总糖浓度为80.9 g/L时,补糖时间在12 h内完成,且以两次补糖法较合适,发酵24 h乙醇浓度达到33.8 g/L。

Abstract: The causes of the envirunment pollutions in Taihu drainage area was analyzed using economics theory. The ol)jectives and encouragement policy were proposed to control the pollution, such as the dealing of pollutaut discharge permit regime. Economic suggestious, i. e. allocating the initial pollutant discharge permit regime, constructing lhe dealing mechanism, building up the harmonizing organization, and decreasing the quantity of regime slepwisely, ere, were also proposed in this paper.
