摘要: <正>将集装箱底板芯板用定向刨花板细分为等厚均质各向异性薄层,定向刨花板可以看成这些薄层所构成的对称于中面的层合板。通过激光测量刨花铺装角度及X射线测量薄层的密度,可分析每一薄层因密度的增加而引起的弹性模量的变化,运用VBA编程来模拟刨花角度的分布,建立了刨花板弹性模量预测模型。模型预测值与实验值不超过3.7%。通过预测分析各薄层对板弹性模量的贡献表明,占总重量为50%的表板定向层对纵向弹性模量的贡献率为90%,对横向弹性模量的贡献率为74%。

Abstract: A new dynaaaic drainage metbod was established to study the absorption characteristics of clay on fibers. Effects of the fine content, shearing, mixing time. retention aids, furnish temperature and pH on the clay dynamic drainage absorption ability on the fiber were investigated. The results showed that the new dynamic drainage analysis method could evaluate the filler absorption ability on the fiber well. The absorption was one of the most important mechanistns on filler retention. The specific: surface area of the fiber had great effect on the filler absorption rate on the libel:. The retention additives nsage and their adding order had obvious effect on it, as well in addition, the temperature and stirring speed were closely related to the absorption.
