In this paper, The author put forward a new type of wooden structure-assembling wooden box apartment system, and found one way of wooden structure residential development that would be more suitable for Chinese actual conditions. The overall framework of the assembling wooden box apartment system was built. The core issues of the material, foundation, wooden boxes, wooden boxes combination, connects between the wooden boxes, outer wall, wooden roof etc. were investigated. It was seen that all performance could meet the national code requirement. It also had other superiority in wooden construction multi-layer apartment by this system construction.
