Abstract: The connotation of land consolation and an indicator system were set up to evaluate the performance of its project. A real case was taken as an example. Methods of Delphi, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment were employed. The results showed that performance evaluation for land consolation project could be analyzed from economic, social, ecology and environmental aspects. An indicator system with 18 indices was established to valuate its effect. The further managements had to be taken account in establishment of standard management system, making performance evaluation regulations and long term evaluation mechanism.
