设施栽培绿竹笋用林的出笋规律

Study on shoot emergence of Bambusa oldhamii in greenhouse

摘要: 对设施内外绿竹的出笋规律进行了比较研究,结果发现:设施内绿竹出笋比露天早40 d,笋期历时3个半月,露天历时3个月,设施栽培具有提早出笋和延长笋期的作用。整个笋期,设施内竹丛出笋共3.94株/m2,总产量1 125.90 g/m2,平均笋产量为290.00 g/株,新竹平均胸径为4.39 cm;露天竹丛出笋共3.15株/m2,总产量为98840 g/m2,平均笋产量为320.00 g/株,新竹平均胸径为4.74 cm。设施内单位面积笋产量较大,但笋的品质和成竹品质偏低,绿竹设施栽培技术及其经营管理水平仍需不断完善。

Abstract: Comparisons about shoot emergence of Bambusa oldhamii inside and outside greenhouse were conducted. Results showed that the bamboo shooting inside greenhouse was 40 days earlier than the outside, and its shooting period lasted 3 months and a half, while only 3 months outside greenhouse. Bambusa oldhamii protected cultivation promoted shooting and prolonged shooting period. In the whole shooting period, inside greenhouse, the shoots quantity were 3.94 shoots per centare, the shoots yield was 1 125.90 g/m2, the average shoot weight was 290.00 g per shoot, and the average DBH of new bamboo was 4.39 cm. However, the shoots quantity were 3.15 shoots per centare, the shoots yield was 988.40 g/m2, the average shoot weight was 320.00 g per shoot, and the average DBH of new bamboo was 4.74 cm outside greenhouse. The shoots yield per unit area inside greenhouse was greater than that in the outside, but its shoots and new bamboos quality were very low. Therefore, the protected cultivation technology and management level of Bambusa oldhamii were necessary to be improved continuously.
