摘要: 牵索挂篮作为一个承载平台系统,与传统挂篮相比更追求其轻型化,牵索挂篮结构具有明显的空间性。为确保桥梁悬臂浇筑施工中的安全性,建立了挂篮空间有限元模型,进行分析挂篮结构的力学行为,对牵索挂篮进行ANSYS板壳元模拟分析,模拟挂篮各种工况下的应力和变形。结果表明,挂篮的优化设计是可靠的,有限元分析结果与室内试验的结果较吻合,挂篮的使用性能可满足施工要求。

Abstract: The linkhanging basket as a platform to hold all loads was lighter than the traditional basket. To ensure the security of the cantilever construction, the spatial element model was necessary to be built. In this paper, the ANSYS shell element was used to analyze the stress and the deformation of the basket at different conditions. The apparent space effect of the linkhanging basket was taken into consideration. The computational results was in consistent with those from the field tested. It also showed that the optimal design was reliable and the operational performance could meet the construction requirements.
