摘要: <正>随着地面机器系统测试要求的提高,对土壤槽测试台车的精度要求也愈来愈高。作为对测试台车精度影响较大的车架部分,它是一个刚架结构,并且台车受力复杂。为此,我们利用电子计算机对车架进行强度和刚度计算。本文阐述如何把空间问题简化为二个平面问题,利用平面板架和平面刚架的程序进行计算,然后叠加,以此来进行强度校核和刚度分析。经过计算,达到了预期效果。

Abstract: In order to rais: the precision level of the mcasurment with the soil trough testing machine, the improvement of the frame structure of the system should be given priority. With the aid of a computer, the strength and rigidity of the frame structure of the machine were calculated. This article shows how a space problems was seperated into two coplanar problems, how both problems of plane grillage and plane frame were calculated, and how they were summed up. The results of the calculations agreed to what were exp cted.
