越橘离体快繁体系的优化

The optimization of bilberry rapid micropropagation in vitro culture

摘要: 以越橘(Vaccinium ssp.)茎段为外植体,改良WPM为基本培养基,对影响越橘离体快繁的因素进行分析。结果表明:3月份采集越橘作为外植体、暗处理22 h、pH为4.2,改良WPM添加ZT(1 mg/L)和TDZ(0.2 mg/L)时,能够迅速建立起初代培养体系。促进越橘丛生芽萌发的最佳培养基为改良 WPM+ZT(1.5 mg/L)。

Abstract: This paper studied the factors affecting bilberry rapid micropropagation with improved WPM as basic culture medium and stem segment of bilberry as explant in vitro culture. The results showed that initial culture system was quickly created when the explants collected stem segment of bilberry in March was treated in dark at pH 4.2 for 22 h and WPM was modified by adding ZT(1 mg/L) and TDZ(0.2 mg/L). The induced differentiation of bilberry multiple shoot clumps were verified with the improved WPM +ZT (1.5 mg/L) by orthogonal experiment.
