摘要: <正>本文针对镇草宁生产过程的工艺特点,提出了用52号过热汽缸油作为热介质,间接加热的设计方案。着重探讨氯甲基膦酰氨合成工序供热系统的设计。包括供热方式及热介质的选择(通过实验数据验证热介质选用的合理性);油锅炉的设计方案;热介质输送机械的选型、改造。提出一个既符合工艺要求,又能保证安全生产的供热系统流程。

Abstract: Using No. 52 superheated cylinder oil as indirect heat medium is proposed for the preparation of glyphosate Nanlin Z especially for the chloromethylphosphonic acid synthesising process.Tests proved that this heating system meets the requirments of technological processing and safty production.
