竹木复合层合板抗疲劳性能的实验研究

Study on antifatigue performance of bamboo/wood composited panel

摘要: 为了使竹木复合层合板能够更好地应用于公交车底板,对该产品进行了50万次动态弯曲、45 万次动态扭转和3 000 km可靠性路面疲劳试验测试,观测板材的力学损耗及受破坏情况,并且对经 疲劳试验后的产品进行了弯曲力学性能测试。结果表明:经过50万次弯曲试验后,板材的各项弯曲 力学性能保留率均在90 %以上;45万次扭转试验后各项弯曲力学性能保留率在85 %以上;模拟装载 进行3 000 km可靠性路面试验后各项弯曲力学性能保留率在80 %以上。

Abstract: In order to get the better usage of bamboo/wood composited panel for bus floor, a series of performance tests for the composited panel including 500 000 times dynamic bending, 450 000 times dynamic torsion, and 3 000 km reliable running were carried out for observing its mechanical loss and damage status. Tests results indicated that the bending strength of the composited panel could still remain more than 90 %, 85 % and 80 %, respectively after the aforesaid dynamic bending, dynamic torsion and reliable running.
