摘要： <正>用大蟾蜍(Bufo bufo)消化道提取液消解根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)口针四周的肌肉,可以得到完整的口针标本。本文对线虫口针光学显微标本和电镜观察标本的制作方法作了详细叙述。

Abstract: Complete specimens of root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp.) stylets were obtained by macerating the surrounded muscles with an extract of toad (Bufo bufo) digestive tract. This paper gives a detailed description of the methods for the preparation of microscopic and electron-microscopic specimens.
