稻草板是一种新型环保家具材料,它与预埋螺母的接合参数和一般家具用材的不同。笔者研究了稻草板密度、尼龙预埋螺母安装的孔径比以及板材类型等因素对预埋螺母抗拔强度的影响,分析比较了不同密度稻草板之间以及稻草板与中密度纤维板和刨花板之间抗拔性能上的差异。研究发现:中密度稻草板的极限抗拔力均不低于中密度纤维板和刨花板;孔径比对尼龙预埋螺母的极限抗拔力有显著影响;基材密度越高对预埋螺母的抗拔性能越有利。关键词:稻草板;尼龙预埋螺母;抗拔强度;接合强度
Abstract
Strawboard is a new type of environment-friendly materials for furniture production, and there are some differences with common furniture materials in the parameters of joint with embed screw nut. The influence of the ratio of holes, the types of board and the density of strawboard on the drawing strength of embed screw nuts were examined. The study analysis and compared the differences in drawing strength between strawboards with different density, and the differences between strawboard and middledensity fiberboard (MDF) or particleboard (PB). The results show that all middle density strawboards have a utmost drawing strength no lower than that MDF and PB have; ratio of holes has a significant influence on ultra pullout capacity; the higher density the strawboard has the better it is to improve the drawing strength of embed screw nuts.
