基于DSCM的竹材顺纹抗拉弹性模量测定

Modulus of elasticity in tension parallel to grain of bamboo based on DSCM

摘要: 将数字散斑相关方法(DSCM) 用于研究竹材顺纹抗拉弹性模量,并将结果与常规引伸计法结果进行了比较。结果表明两种测定方法误差不超过5%,说明DSCM方法能成功运用于竹材的顺纹抗拉弹性模量的测定。利用该方法测定了5个不同竹龄靠近竹青处、竹肉及靠近竹黄处竹材的顺纹抗拉弹性模量。结果表明:从竹青至竹黄竹材顺纹抗拉弹性模量大致呈依次减小的趋势;随着竹龄的增大,竹材顺纹抗拉弹性模量也呈逐渐增加的趋势。

Abstract: Digital speckle correlation method (DSCM) was used in studying modulus of elasticity in tension parallel to grain of bamboo. Results obtained from DSCM were compared with those of conventional extensometer method. The results showed that the errors of the two results were within 5 %, this indicated that DSCM could be used to study modulus of elasticity in tension parallel to grain successfully. Then, the modulus of elasticity in tension parallel to grain of outer, middle and inner layers of five different bamboo were determined by DSCM. The results showed that the change trends of the modulus of elasticity in tension parallel to grain were related with ages and sites,it kept a decreasing trend from the outer to inner layer of stalks, and it increased with age increasing
