摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析了我国家具信息化的发展态势及工业化背景下我国家具企业制造模式的变迁,提出家具行业信息化制造的新模式——大规模定制家具生产,并对大规模定制家具与常规批量化和传统定制家具进行了比较分析。在此基础上,确定了大规模定制家具的指导思想和发展目标,并就大规模定制家具发展技术体系进行了详细探讨。该技术体系主要包括:大规模定制家具的产品开发设计体系; 大规模定制家具的制造和工艺规划体系及面向大规模定制家具全生命周期的信息化管理技术。

Abstract: Through the changes in the development status of furniture industry and manufacturing patterns, the development trend of furniture industry information technology and furniture industry manufacturing model change under industrialization in China were analyzed, and a new model of furniture industry information for a large-scale custom production was proposed. Furthermore, comparative analysis of mass custom furniture, conventional mass and traditional custom distinction was carried out. On this basis, the guiding ideology and development goals of large-scale custom furniture were determined. Large-scale customization furniture development technology system was investigated in detail. The technical system included product development design system of large-scale customization furniture, mass customization furniture manufacturing and process planning system, and information management technology for the full life cycle of mass customization furniture.
