摘要

在光暗周期14L/10D、恒温28 ℃、相对湿度75%的人工气候箱中,研究了樟巢螟成虫的交配行为和雌蛾的产卵行为。结果显示:樟巢螟成虫在光周期不发生交配行为,进入暗周期后少数雌雄蛾开始发生交配行为。从暗周期5 h开始雌雄蛾交配率明显上升,并且在暗周期6.5~7 h达到交配高峰期; 不同日龄成虫的交配率不同,以2~3日龄的成虫交配率较高,高峰期交配率达到43%; 樟巢螟雌雄蛾的交配行为依时间顺序可以分为预交配期和成功交配期2个过程。雌雄蛾间的交配主要发生在暗周期5~9 h。雌蛾产卵全程都在暗周期内,交配后第1天有少许雌蛾开始产卵,第2天产卵雌蛾开始大量增加,第3天时达产卵高峰,而第4天产卵量急剧下降,其中在第2天和第3天达到产卵总数的84%; 室内条件下卵块为2~3层的层堆,每卵块平均47.6粒。雌雄蛾的交配率及雌虫产卵量和虫龄有着显著的曲线相关性。

Abstract

A laboratory study was made on the mating behavior of adult Orthaga achatina and the oviposition behavior of female O. achatina at 28 ℃,75% RH,and 14 L/10D photoperiod in the artificial climate incubator. The adult O. achatina did not mate until the start of scotophase with the mating rate increasing sharply at the 5th hour and reaching the peak at the 6.5th-7th hour of scotophase. The mating rate varied with moth age, being the highest at the age of 2-3 d with a mating rate of 43%.The mating behavior could be divided into two successive periods:premating period and mating period.The mating between female and male O. achatina occurred during the 5th-9th hour of scotophase, with the peak at the 6.5th-7th hour of scotophase. The whole process of oviposition of female O. achatina was done at scotophase. After mating, a little female O. achatina began to lay eggs on the first day, and the female O. achatina entering into oviposition period sharply increased on the second day.The amount of eggs reached the most on the third day and sharply decreased on the fourth day. Moreover, eggs laid on the second and third day amounted to 84% of totality during the whole process. Under the laboratory condition, an egg mass with 2-3 tiers has 47.6 grains averagely. The mating rate between male and female O. achatina and the amount of oviposition of the female O. achatina was curvilinearly related to the moth age obviously.
