摘要

以2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基-过氧基-己烷为引发剂引发马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸,研究了反应时间、温度、引发剂用量、马来酸酐用量等不同接枝条件对接枝率的影响。结果表明,在固定聚乳酸与马来酸酐用量条件下的最佳接枝条件为:反应温度95 ℃,反应时间3 h,引发剂用量1%。接枝聚乳酸与淀粉共混后,通过差示热量扫描(DSC)和吸水率测试发现,与未接枝聚乳酸/淀粉共混物相比,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及吸水率降低,证明接枝聚乳酸与淀粉相容性提高。同时通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察共混物表面形态,发现两者相容性有明显改善。

Abstract

The grafting reaction of polylactic acid(PLA)with maleic anhydride(MA)using 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane as the initiator was investigated in this paper. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of initiator, and the amount of MA on the grafting degree were examined, and the suitable grafting conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 95℃, reaction time 3 h, the dosage of initiator 1%. The compatibility of a MA grafted PLA with starch composite was compared with a PLA with starch composite through differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), water absorption and SEM. The result showed that the MA grafted PLA with starch composite has the lower glass transition temperature and lower water absorption compared with a PLA with starch composite. That proved the compatibility was improved. The SEM also showed that the compatibility was improved obviously.
