两种氮肥施用法对尾巨桉轻基质容器苗生长的影响

Effects of two nitrogen application methods on growth of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis container seedlings cultivated with light media

摘要: 以尾巨桉无性系DH32-29轻基质组培苗为材料,研究了不同施氮量和施肥方法对苗木生长及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,经氮素处理的尾巨桉幼苗的生长指标和叶绿素含量均显著高于对照(p<0.05)。指数施肥处理的苗木试验后期苗高增长显著高于平均施肥处理的苗木。当施氮量为20和40 mg/株时,指数施肥处理的苗木生长性状显著优于平均施肥处理的苗木; 当施氮量为20和60 mg/株时,指数施肥处理的苗木叶片的4种叶绿素含量均显著大于平均施肥处理苗木,其他浓度无显著差异; 处理8(指数施氮60 mg/株)的尾巨桉幼苗的地径、根体积、叶面积、叶长、叶宽及叶绿素含量均显著大于其他处理的相应指标,苗木生长势最好,是此次试验中最佳的组合处理。从尾巨桉苗的生长和叶绿素含量看,指数施肥效果均优于平均施肥效果。

Abstract: The effects of nitrogen treatments with the exponential fertilization, mean fertilization and non-fertilization on the growth and chlorophyll contents of Eucalyptus urophylla&#215;E.grandis clone DH32-29 tissue culture seedlings in container with light media were studied during a three-month period. The results suggested that N supply could significantly increase the growth and chlorophyll contents of seedlings(p<0.05).The increase of height from the exponential fertilization was faster than that from mean fertilization at the late stage of experiment. When N supply were 20 and 40 mg per seedling, the growth indices of seedlings from the exponential fertilization were significantly higher than those from mean fertilization in the same N concentration, and when N supply were 20 and 60 mg per seedling, the chlorophyll contents of seedlings from exponential fertilization were significantly higher than those from mean fertilization in the same N concentration, but the other N concentrations had no obvious differences. The ground diameter, root volume, leaf area, leaf length, leaf width and chlorophyll contents of seedlings from the exponential fertilization with 60 mg N per seedling were significantly higher than other treatments, their growth vigor was the best among all treatments, so the exponential fertilization was the best treatment in this experiment. We concluded that the effect of exponential fertilization was superior to that of the mean fertilization both in growth and chlorophyll contents of E.urophylla &#215; E.grandis seedlings.
