响应面法优化中温固化酚醛树脂的制备

Optimization of preparation of mid-temperature curing phenol-formaldehyde resin by response surface methodology

摘要: 以尿素、间苯二酚为改性剂,在碱性条件下制备中温固化酚醛树脂。利用Design-Expert软件建立数学模型,以胶合强度为响应值,优化酚醛树脂的原料配比。结果表明,中温固化酚醛树脂原料的最佳配比为:甲醛与苯酚摩尔比为2.32,氢氧化钠与苯酚摩尔比0.56,尿素加量为苯酚质量的20.03%,间苯二酚加量为苯酚质量的9.98%。在此条件下制备的酚醛树脂可以在105~115 ℃下固化。

Abstract: Urea and resorcinol were used as modifiers to prepare mid-temperature curing phenol-formaldehyde resin(PF)in alkaline condition, and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the effects of raw materials ratio on bonding strength. The optimal raw materials ratio of PF were determined as follows: molar ratios of formaldehyde and alkali to phenol were 2.32 and 0.56, respectively; and the mass of urea and resorcinol to phenol were 20.03% and 9.98%, respectively. Under these raw materials ratio, the curing temperature of the PF was in the range of 105-115 ℃.
