摘要

半数以上的被子植物是多倍体或在其进化史上出现过多倍体现象,连锁不平衡分析是研究自然群体遗传结构、分化及多样性的重要工具,但这一方法目前仅适用于二倍体自然群体。笔者根据同源四倍体减数分裂的特点推导出计算分子标记间连锁不平衡的统计模型,利用基因频率和基因型频率的关系,以计算机模拟试验验证了模型的有效性,并给出了模型的适用条件,即样本数量为200时,采用该模型估算的平均值可以满足分析要求。

Abstract

More than 50% of angiosperms are polyploidy, or have experienced genome doubling in their evolutionary history. Thus, polyploids provide a valuable tool to study the genetics and evolution of plants. Linkage disequilibrium analysis has been widely used to infer the genetic structure, differentiation and diversity of natural populations, but its basic principle was found on a diploid population. In this article, we have derived a model for linkage disequilibrium analysis between a pair of molecular markers for the first time based on meiotic properties of autotetraploids. Computer simulation has been performed to examine the usefulness of the new model and determine the condition of its utilization.
