摘要: <正>本文对栲胶喷雾干燥的强化途径如提高进料浓度和温度、提高喷雾盘转速、选择最佳雾化条件、改善热风分配、调整粒径大小和粒度分布、控制进出口风温、改进粉尘回收系统、运用节能技术等措施进行了详细论述,通过强化传热、传质过程,可以达到提高热效率,生产能力和产品质量的目的。

Abstract: In this paper, various measures for intensifying the process of spray drying of vegetable tannin extract are discuessed, namely, increasing the feed stock concentration and temperature, speeding up the spinning disc atomisers, making the best choice of the conditions for atomization, improving the distribution of heated air, adjusting the particle size and particle-size distribution, controlling air temperature at the inlet and outlet, improving the recovery system of dust particles, etc. Through the intensification of heat and mass transfer, purposes of raising heat efficiency, increasing productive effect and improving product qualities can be achieved.
