摘要
<正>用温水抽提兴安落叶松木屑,粗阿拉伯-半乳聚糖得率为7.0±0.2％。其化学组成:灰分1.09％,乙醇可溶物5.19％,黄酮类2.03％,半乳糖与阿拉伯糖基比4.07:1;糖醛酸4.49％和总糖93.20％。用聚酰胺柱纯化,同样可得到高纯度的阿拉伯-半乳聚糖。
Abstract
Crude arabinogalactan from larch wood sawdust has been extracted with warm water. The yield is 7.0?.2%; the chemical composition is Ash 1.09%, soluble in alcohol 5.19%, flavonoids 2.30%, galactose to arabinose unit ratio 4.07/1, uronic acids 4.49% and total sugars 93.20%. High purity arabinogalactan can be obtained by polyamide column purification.
