林业低碳产业链的共生系统动力解析

Dynamic analysis of symbiosis system in the forestry low-carbonization industrial chain

摘要: 在分析林业低碳产业链共生系统基础上,构建林业低碳产业链共生系统结构模型,提出林业低碳产业链共生系统具有群落性、资源投入减量化、生态性和经济增值性等特征。各个共生单元内部和共生单元构成的共生系统可具有相似的动力机制,以林业加工制造单元为例,在假设加工制造单元由制浆主体、造纸主体和板材加工主体构成的基础上,构建了资源消耗(林木资源分段分级利用、非林资源消耗、废弃物循环利用)、生产投入和产量的函数关系,经求解得到单个主体参与共生系统后收益增加,三主体构成的共生系统所产生的收益大于三主体独自运营收益之和。结果表明:当主体预期参与共生系统可获得较独立运营的增量收益时,节点企业才有动力参与产业链; 当产业链节点企业构建共生系统也能够获得增量收益时,节点企业才有动力组建林业低碳产业链共生系统。最后提出延伸林业产业链以扩大共生主体范围,推进林产品加工制造共生单元的资源消耗减量化,探索新型的共生模式等建议。

Abstract: After analysis on symbiotic system of the forestry low-carbonization industrial chain, this paper developed the framework of the symbiosis system. The characteristics of the low-carbonization forestry industrial chain was composed of community, material input dematerialization, ecology and economic value-addition. Similar motivation mechanism existed in each unit of the symbiosis system. Using the forestry processing and manufacturing unit as an example, it was assumed that the forestry processing and manufacturing unit consists of pulping, papermaking and panel manufacturing enterprises, and a function between resource consumption(utilization of segmentation and category of forestry resource, non-forest resource consumption and waste recycling), production input and output could be proposed. The mathematical solution to this function showed that each enterprise will get more profits when they are combined in the symbiosis system, and the overall income of the symbiosis system would exceed the sum of these three individual enterprises. Research results showed that the individual enterprise would take part in the industrial chain with passion when they expected to obtain incremental gains from the symbiosis system in the forestry low-carbonization industrial chain than from the independent operation. Finally, several proposals were presented in this paper, such as the forestry industrial chain should extend itself in order to enlarge the symbiotic enterprise scope, the material input dematerialization should be propelled in the physical manufacturing symbiotic unit, and novel symbiotic models should be explored further.
