栓皮栎容器育苗方式对其造林效果的影响

Effects of container seedling quality on outplanting performance of Quercus variabilis

摘要: 【目的】研究不同灌溉方式和容器深度培育的栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis Blume)容器苗在造林1年后的生长及养分变化情况,结合苗期生长和造林效果,为培育栓皮栎容器苗选择灌溉方式和合适容器提供科学依据。【方法】选取2种灌溉方式(上方灌溉、底部渗灌)、2种容器深度(D40即6.4 cm(口径)×25 cm(深),容积656 mL; D60即6.4 cm(口径)×36 cm(深),容积983 mL)共4个处理培育的1年生栓皮栎容器苗造林,测定造林1年的成活率、形态指标及养分状况。【结果】①底部渗灌提高了造林成活率,达到98%。②D60培育的栓皮栎造林1年后苗高、地径(77.3 cm、6.87 mm)显著大于D40苗指标(70.1 cm、6.34 mm)。③底部渗灌提高了造林后苗木茎生物量(22%); D60培育的栓皮栎造林1年后苗木茎、根和单株生物量比D40的分别提高了22%、16%和18%。④底部渗灌下苗木的茎磷浓度比上方灌溉下提高了17%。⑤苗木成活率与苗期养分含量显著正相关,造林苗高、生物量均与苗期生物量和养分含量呈显著正相关。【结论】底部渗灌条件下D60容器培育的栓皮栎造林1年后形态指标和养分状况分别优于上方灌溉条件下D40容器苗。结合温室中栓皮栎容器苗培育制度,一般情况下,底部渗灌和D60容器在温室中培育栓皮栎容器苗可视为较好选择。

Abstract: 【Objective】This research was conducted to investigate the effects of irrigation method and container depth on seedlings growth and nutrient status after outplanted one year in the field. We evaluated the nursery performance and afforestation performance of seedlings to propose a scientific foundation for cultivating Quercus variabilis Blume container seedlings in the nursery. 【Method】Seedlings cultivated in D40(6.4 cm(container caliber)× 25 cm(container caliber))and D60(6.4 cm(container caliber)× 36 cm(container caliber))containers with overhead irrigation and subirrigation in the nursery for one year were outplanted in the field. We investigated the survival, morphology, and nutrient status of plants after outplanted one year in the field. 【Result】①Subirrigation improved survival of Q. variabilis seedlings after outplanted one year in the field, is about 98%. ② Height and root-collar diameter of plants in D60 containers(77.3 cm, 6.87 mm)grew larger than those in D40 containers(70.1 cm, 6.34 mm). ③ Subirrigation improved shoot biomass by 22% after outplanted 1 year in the field. Shoot, root, and total biomass of seedlings cultivated in D60 containers were improved by 22%, 16% and 18% relative to that of seedlings cultivated in D40 containers, respectively. ④Subirrigation improved shoot phosphorus concentration by 17% after outplanted one year in the field. ⑤ Survival of seedlings outplanted one year in the field was significantly positively correlated with nutrient content of nursery seedlings. Height and biomass of seedlings after outplanted one year in the field were significantly positively correlated with biomass and nutrient content of nursery seedlings. 【Conclusion】 Subirrigation improved plant survival after outplanted 1 year in the field and the morphology of seedlings cultivated in D60 containers was greater than those cultivated in D40 containers. Considering performance of seedlings cultivated in the nursery and outplanted in the field, subirrigation and D60 containers are viable alternatives for Q. variabilis cultivated in the nurseries.
