摘要
<正>从蓝果忍冬(Lonicera caerulea)的果实——蓝锭果中分离出红色素的纯组分,通过纸层析、薄板层析、水解试验、紫外光谱、红外光谱以及高效液相色谱等方法的研究,鉴定此组分为花青定-3-葡萄糖,并测定了在原料中的含量。
Abstract
A pure red pigment component from edible dcepblue honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea) is studied by paper chromatograph, thin layei chromatograph, hydrolyzation, UV and IR spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatograph. It is found that a red pigment component is Cyanidin-3-glucoside and its content is determined.
