摘要
<正>本文报道了生产棉短绒纸浆的碱-过氧化氢制浆法。其最佳工艺条件为:活性碱用量10%、过氧化氢2%、EDTA0.3%和表面活性剂1%,液比1:6,蒸煮温度70℃和反应时间150min。总纸浆得率为90%以上,白度为76%,因此碱-过氧化氢制浆是生产棉短绒纸浆的一种较好方法。
Abstract
This paper studies fiber dimension of cotton linter, Chemical compositions and alkali-hydrogen peroxide pulping process. The Following are the optimum procese conditions resulted from alkali-hydrogen peroxide pulping: 10% active alkali (as sodium hydroxide) , 2% hydrogen peroxide, 0.3% EDTA, 1% surfactant, liquor ratio 1:6, cooking temperature 70癈 and reaction time 150 min, pulp yield 90% and brightness 76%. Therefore alkali-hydrogen peroxide pulping is regarded as a better process to produce cotton linter-pulp.
