摘要: <正>将半圆形竹筒软化后,展开成平直状。经刨削加工成一定厚度和宽度的竹片,按照胶合板的构成原理制成强度高、刚性好的结构用竹材胶合板。竹材通过加热、提高含水率和改善竹材的表面状态等三种途径来增加其塑性、减小展平时的反向弯曲应力。采用一次加压直接展平工艺,可以获得符合工艺要求的具有最大限度的宽度和厚度的竹片。

Abstract: The semicircular bamboo tube is flattened after it has been softened, then it is whittled into the sheets with a specific thickness and width. According to the constituting principle of plywood, the structural bamboo plywood with high strength and stiffness is made. Through heating, raising moisture content and improving the surface condition of bamboo, plasticity of bamboo can be increased, bending stress can be reduced to opposite direction. The technology with a single press and direct spread is adopted to Obtain the bamboo sheets suited for productive demands and with the highest limit of width and thickness.
