摘要
<正>用简易方法从我国海南岛产南亚松(Pinus mcrikusii De Vriese)树脂中,离析出二元树脂酸纯品。对获得的纯品进行结构鉴定,确认离析的二元树脂酸为南亚松酸(13β-(R)-劳丹8(17)-二元羧酸-15,19)。并用离析的纯品作标准样品,用气相色谱外标法测定南亚松酸在南亚松松脂酸性物中的含量为13%,比用常规的归一化法测定值准确合理。本文还对南亚松松脂酸性物中所含的山达海松酸作进一步验证。
Abstract
The acidic fraction of Oleoresin of Pinus merkusii De Vriese from Hai Nan island in China contains up to 13% of a dibasic resin acid. The dibasic acid has been isolated by column chromatographic method and its structure has been identified, It is 13 β-Labden-8(17)-oic acid-15,19 (i.e. mercusic acid). The isolated dibasic acid has been uscd as external standard sample in GC quantitative anylysis.
