摘要

<正>液压球面剪是现代机械化采伐的高效能机具。本文阐述其技术特性,模拟剪木的测试方法,分析剪切阻力和回归的二次旋转设计,探索各工作参数的相互关系和减轻木材劈裂问题。

Abstract

On the purpose of rationally designing a modern effective logging machine, when spherical shear blades cut pinus massoniana and pinus thunbergii, tke authors study the features of spherical shearing and derive formulas of shearing forces related to wood diameters and cutting speeds, as well as find the way, to diminish splitting.
