摘要: <正>本文以松节油的异构体α-松油烯为原料,在催化剂存在下,与丁烯酮起Diels-Alder反应合成菲兰酮(Phylanton N,α-松油烯丁烯酮加合物)。菲兰酮具有木香及尤涎香的香气,是一种良好的合成香料。通过实验确定了以较为理想的Lewis酸作催化剂,得到菲兰酮得率达82%的最优工艺条件。菲兰酮粗产物经过分馏,其产品已达到西德Dragoco公司同类产品的质量指标。

Abstract: Phylanton N, the mixture of adducts of a-terpincne with 3-buten-2-one, was prepared by Dicls-lder reaction of a-erpinene with 3-uten-one in the presence of catalyst. This product which has woody and ambergris odors is a kind of ingredient with very good fragrance. The best reaction conditions are determined by discussing the effects of catalysts, reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst amount and the ratio of a-erpinene to 3-buten-2-one. The catalyst L1 is used because of its good catalyst activity. The yield of Phylanton N is more than 82% at the best reaction condition. The quality of our product accords with the specification of Dragoco Company product by distillation of the reactive mixture.
