摘要： <正>提出一种根据原始试验数据估计三参数威布尔分布位置参数的简便方法,并给出了计算公式及相应的系数。
Abstract: This paper provides the method of estimation of locating constant defining the Weibull distribution, and gives the formula of calculation of the locating constant and corresponding coefficents.
