3种天牛科昆虫摩擦发音器的超微结构及摩擦发音机制分析

摘要

为了观察和分析蛀干类害虫天牛成虫的个体间通讯行为,笔者利用扫描电镜首次观察并描述了3种天牛即曲纹花天牛(Leptura arcuata Panzer)、光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis Motschulsky)和栗山天牛(Massicus raddei Blessig)发音器的超微形态结构,分析了3种天牛摩擦发音的方式。结果表明,3种天牛雌性和雄性发声器的形态、大小、音齿数目、分布及排列等存在种间差异,栗山天牛可能存在两种摩擦发音形式。同时还发现,3种天牛前胸背板后缘前端均生长有整齐的硬毛,光肩星天牛发音板上具有侧纵纹,这些硬毛结构在天牛的声音通讯方面起着重要作用。

Abstract

For understanding the communication between stem pests and preventing their harms, the ultrastructure of stridulatory organs of three long-horned beetles including Leptura arcuata Panzer, Anoplophora glabripennis Motschulsky and Massicus raddei Blessig were observed by scanning electron microscope, and the stridulation mechanism of these pests were analyzed also. The results showed that ultrastructure of stridulatory organ of three longhorned beetles were different among three species. It was discovered that there were neat bristles indwelling on the margin of pronotum of the three tested long-horned beetles,and a lateral sulcus in the sound plate of A.glabripennis Motschulsky.
