夏旱期不同管理措施下高产油茶的光合特性

Photosynthetic characteristics of high yield Camellia oleifera during summer drought period under different treatment

摘要: 为了研究夏旱期间灌溉、覆膜与盖草不同管理措施对盛产期油茶光合作用的影响,利用Li-6400XT便携式光合测定仪对赣无系列2个无性系的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等日变化参数进行测定。研究表明:灌溉、覆膜与盖草措施可以不同程度地提高油茶的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率(EWUE)、气孔导度与胞间二氧化碳浓度,其中不同管理措施下的赣84-8与赣71的Pn日均值从大到小均表现为灌溉B、覆膜、灌溉A、盖草; 赣84-8的Tr日均值从大到小表现为灌溉B、灌溉A、覆膜、盖草; 赣71的则从大到小表现为灌溉B、覆膜、灌溉A、盖草; 赣84-8的EWUE日均值从大到小表现为灌溉B、覆膜、灌溉A、盖草; 而赣71的从大到小则为盖草、覆膜、灌溉B、灌溉A。说明采取上述措施能有效缓解夏季高温干旱对油茶林的水分胁迫,促进高产油茶夏旱期水分利用效率与光合作用,此外,还可提高油茶叶片中叶绿素含量。

Abstract: The different management measures including irrigation, film covering and grass mulch were taken to learn the photosynthetic responses of Camellia oleifera at full-fruit-stage.The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate(Tr)of two cultivars(Gan 84-8 and Gan 71)were determined with Li-6400XT portable photosynthetic system during the summer drought period. Results showed that all index including the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate,water use efficiency, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were increased in above mentioned cultivation conditions. The order of average net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of Gan 84-8 and Gan 71 from high to low under different treatments was irrigation B, film covering, irrigation A, grass mulch. The average transpiration rate(Tr)of Gan 84-8 from high to low was irrigation B, the irrigation A, film covering, grass mulch. The average transpiration(Tr)rate of Gan 71 from high to low was irrigation B, film covering, irrigation A, grass mulch. The average water use efficiency(WUE)of Gan 84-8 from high to low was irrigation B, film covering,irrigation A, grass mulch. The average water use efficiency(WUE)of Gan 71 from high to low was grass mulch, film covering, irrigation B, irrigation A. So these management measures could effectively relieve the water stress of photosynthesis of camellia plants under the high temperature and drought condition, promote the plant to effectively utilize water during summer drought period. The irrigation, film covering and grass mulch could increase chlorophyll content in Camellia leaf.
