摘要

在面向装配的设计基础上对虚拟装配技术进行系统的研究,通过应用Visual LISP关联Excel数据库等二次开发方法,开发了基于AutoCAD环境的定制家具虚拟装配系统(VASCF)并给出了程序示例。初步实现了面向装配特征的定制家具产品零部件三维建模、基于产品零部件层次关系的定制家具产品装配分解图自动生成、定制家具装配过程仿真,以及定制家具虚拟装配过程干涉检验等定制家具虚拟装配关键技术的一体化流程。

Abstract

A systematic study has been made on the virtual assembly of customized furniture with a view on the design for assembly. The virtual assembly system for customized furniture(VASCF)was developed through secondary development based on linking AutoCAD with Excel by Visual LISP, and part of program was provided. The customized furniture parts 3D modeling oriented to assembly features were realized, and the automatic generation of exploded view based on the products level relation, the assembly process simulation, and the interference detection were also realized.
