沼液施用量对园林树木生长和土壤养分含量影响

Effects of slurry on growth and soil nutrient content of garden tree

摘要: 以6种常见园林树木为研究对象,采用盆栽控制沼液灌溉量的方法从土壤养分变化方面研究了不同树种对沼液灌溉的响应机制,结果表明:(1)木槿、桂花、樱花、女贞在5个处理下的苗高增加量都比对照组大,而垂丝海棠在T1、T2处理下苗高的增加量比对照组大,法青在T1、T2、T3处理下苗高的增加量比对照组大。(2)在5个沼液灌溉梯度处理下,研究树种下土壤的pH均降低,土壤中全氮、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机质均呈现提高趋势,但不同树种变化的规律不同。(3)土壤有效Zn的含量随沼液浓度的增加呈先上升后下降,最大值出现在沼液施用量为6 L的处理; 土壤Fe含量随着沼液浓度的增加而增加。试验结果表明施用沼液有利于提高土壤的肥力,但沼液要合理使用,严防过度使用影响苗木生长及造成对土壤的污染。

Abstract: In this paper, six kinds of garden tree were used to study the response mechanism to the biogas slurry irrigation by using pot control slurry irrigation method. The result showed that:(1)After slurry irrigation, the height of Hibiscus, Osmanthus, cherry, Ligustrum lucidum increased with the increase of biogas slurry concentration, while the height of Malus halliana increased only at T1 and T2 biogas slurry treatments and Viburnum awabuki at T1,T2,T3.(2)The pH of soil under all five slurry irrigation treatments reduced, but total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter content of garden soil increased under all five slurry irrigation treatments, but these matters amount in soil of each tree species was different each other.(3)Available Zn content of soil increased firstly and then decreased with irrigation concentration increasing, its maximum value appeared at 6 L of biogas slurry treatment; the Fe content of soil increased with the irrigation concentration increasing. The experimental results indicated that biogas slurry application could improve soil fertility, but must be used rationally, otherwise which could impact on the growth of seedlings and could pollute the soil.
