摘要

为了查明南京地区园林植物根际寄生线虫种类及其分布情况,笔者对南京市栖霞区、江宁区、浦口区苗圃地的40种园林植物根际寄生线虫进行了初步调查,根据形态特征和测量值共鉴定出纽带科线虫3个种,分别是双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus dihystera)、假强壮螺旋线虫(H. pseudorobustus)和肾形肾状线虫(Rotylenchulus reniformis)。其中,肾形肾状线虫为江苏省新记录种。在40种寄主植物中,双宫螺旋线虫的新寄主为13种,假强壮螺旋线虫的新寄主为8种,肾形肾状线虫的新寄主为2种。

Abstract

To provide useful information on effective prevention of nematode, the study focused on the investigation of the species of parasitic nematode and their distribution in rhizosphere soil of garden trees. The nematodes were isolated from the rhizosphere of 40 garden trees in plantation nurseries in Qixia, Jiangning and Pukou district of Nanjing city during October 2009 and July 2010. Based on the morphology and morphometric value, three species of Hoplolaimidae were identified as Helicotylenchus dihystera, H. pseudorobustus and Rotylenchulus reniformis. R. reniformis was new recorded species in Jiangsu province. Among the 40 species of host plants, 13 species were the new hosts of H. dihystera, 8 species were new hosts of H. pseudorobustus, 2 species were new hosts of R. reniformis.
