Aspen BECMP wet-end chemistry characteristics and its effects on AKD sizing

摘要: 以细小纤维含量、Zeta电位、保水值、羧基含量及溶解胶体物质(DCS)含量为主要指标,通过与APMP浆和HBKP浆(杨木硫酸盐漂白浆)对比研究了杨木BECMP浆(挤压法漂白化机浆)的湿部化学性能。结果表明,BECMP浆具有较高的细小纤维含量、阴离子基团含量及DCS含量等特性。通过AKD(烷基烯酮二聚体)施胶效果的研究表明:BECMP浆的施胶效果明显优于HBKP浆,轻度施胶效果比APMP浆差,但当AKD用量达到或超过0.2%时,其施胶效果优于APMP浆。此外,BECMP浆的细小纤维及DCS会对其AKD施胶产生负面影响,但影响强度低于APMP浆。

Abstract: Compared with APMP and HBKP, the BECMP wet-end chemistry characteristics including fines content, Zeta potential, water retention value, carboxyl group content and DCS content were investigated. The results showed that BECMP had some inherent characteristics of high yield pulp, such as higher contents of fines, DCS, as well as carboxyl groups. Meantime, AKD sizing of BECMP was investigated, and the results showed that the sizing effect of BECMP was better than that of HBKP and APMP when the AKD dosage was over 0.2%. Fines and DCS of BECMP had negative effect on AKD sizing, but it was smaller than APMP.
