Influence of adding mushroom residue of municipal sludge on the quality of sludge aerobic composting

摘要: 为提高污泥好氧堆肥的效率及质量,选用菇渣作为调理剂,将城市污泥与菇渣以2:1、1:1、2:3(按干质量计)的比例混合,进行周期为35 d的高温好氧堆肥。测定3种配比堆肥过程在不同阶段温度、含水率、pH、有机质、营养元素、种子发芽率等指标的变化规律及相关性。综合分析得出,按3种配比而成堆的3种处理堆体均能完全腐熟,堆制产品均达到有机肥料农业行业标准,城市污泥与菇渣比例为1:1时为最合适配比。

Abstract: The experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of the mushroom residue added on the quality of sewage sludge compost. Municipal sewage sludge mixed with mushroom residue in three different ratios(2:1, 1:1, 2:3, dry weight)was aerobically composted for 35 d. During the composting process, temperature, moisture content, pH, organic matter, nutrition nutrients and germination index(GI)were examined. The results indicated that the maturity of the products A, B and C of three different ratios could completely mature, which all achieved the organic agriculture fertilizers standard. For 1:1 proportion of municipal sewage sludge and mushroom residue was the most appropriate ratio.
