摘要

在对自主设计的秸秆水平环模成型机模孔进行受力分析基础上,对成型过程中模孔不同位置的力、成型功率、成型燃料密度与挤压力的关系进行了研究。利用电阻应变片传感器测量出不同结构参数的模具壁各点的应变值,通过力学变换计算其对应的正压力、摩擦力,分析力的分布规律。利用MATLAB推导出模孔挤出力函数,计算挤出功率理论值,分析模具壁上的各测试点的应变数据,结果表明应变最大的点位于进料腔与成型腔相交处,应力比较集中,易形变及发生接触疲劳,导致环模失效。

Abstract

This research was conducted in the force in the different location of die hole, briquetting power, the relationship between briquetting fuel density and extrusion pressure, on the basis of analysis about die hole of self-design ringmatrixpress. The research measured strain value on different points of different structural parameters of the mold wall using strain sensor and has calculated the positive pressure, friction force and regularities of distribution using the mechanics transformation. In this research, the function of extrusion force was calculated using MATLAB, the theoretical value of extrusion power was predicted and the strain value of different points of the mold wall were analyzed. The result showed that the largest of the strain in the contact point of feed cavity and into cavity. The stress of this point was the most concentrated. This area was most likely to occur as deformation and contact fatigue, leading to failure of loop die.
