摘要

为了提高家具用北美鹅掌楸木材的利用率,充分发挥变色木材的价值,以H2O2为漂白主剂对试材进行漂白正交试验,以得到最佳漂白工艺参数。以各组成药剂质量分数和漂白工艺作为试验因素,以漂白后试材的色差和白度为主要评价指标,综合极差分析和方差分析结果,并综合考虑实际生产情况,得到家具用北美鹅掌楸木材的较佳漂白工艺为:H2O2质量分数6%,漂液pH 9.5~10.0,Na2SiO3质量分数0.4%,温度70 ℃,漂白处理时间60~90 min。在此漂白工艺条件下,可有效去除试材的材色不均,使整体材色变浅,色差值为21.27 NBS,白度值为62.12%。

Abstract

Bleaching of Liriodendron tulipifera was carried out for improving the utilization efficiency and maximizing the value of Liriodendron tulipifera using hydrogen peroxide as the bleaching reagent, and the optimum bleaching conditions were determined by orthogonal tests. The degree of color difference and whiteness of bleached wood were measured and analyzed in terms of different mass fractions of agents and different process parameters. Considering the actual production conditions,the optimal bleaching process were as follows:the hydrogen peroxide mass fraction 6%,the bleaching solution pH 9.5-10.0,the Na2SiO3 mass fraction 0.4%,the bleaching temperature 70 ℃ and a duration 60-90 min. The uneven wood color was effectively eliminated and the overall color of the test material was lightened under this process. The color difference and whiteness were 21.27 NBS and 62.12%, respectively. The result has guided significance for improving utilization rate of Liriodendron tulipifera.
