节约型园林指标体系的构建与评价

Establishment and evaluation of index system of economical landscape architecture

摘要: 针对节约型园林建设的现状及要求,分析其影响因素,依据科学系统化原则、实用性原则、因地制宜原则、动态性原则等构建原则,运用模糊层次分析法提出一种综合评价模型。该模型层次结构包括目标层(节约型园林建设水平)、准则层(规划水平、功能水平、节约水平3个准则)、因子层(选址、布局、生态功能、社会功能、节地、节水、节材、节能、节力9个因子)和指标层(32个指标),并确定各指标的权重。运用该评价模型对池州市三台山公园建设进行评价,根据评价结果分析其薄弱环节及产生的原因,提出了健全行业规范、科学配置植物、正确处理资源利用与可持续发展的关系等节约型园林建设措施。

Abstract: In order to meet the need of an economized landscape architecture construction and reveal its impact factors, a comprehensive evaluation model was proposed by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on a principle of scientific and systematic system, practicality, the light of local conditions and the dynamic nature. The model should include the construction target(level of economical landscape architecture construction), construction criterion(planning standards, functional standards and economical standards), factor part(location, layout, ecological function, social function, land, water, materials, energy and force), index part(32 indicators), and should have the weight of each index. The evaluation model was used to evaluate and analyze the reasons of weak point in construction of Chizhou Santaishan park. Based on the evaluation, some measures of economical landscape architecture construction was suggested. These measures included the sound industry standards, scientific plant configuration and a way to correctly handle the relationship between resource utilization and sustainable development.
