Synthesis of 5,5-dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroanthracene-1,4-dione

摘要: 以6-(4-甲基-3-戊烯基)萘-1,4-二醌为原料,通过烷基化反应合成了5,5-二甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢蒽-1,4-二酮,采用红外光谱、GC-MS、1H-NMR等分析手段对合成产物结构进行了表征。探讨了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂对烷基化反应的影响,确定了适宜的制备工艺条件:以多聚磷酸(PPA)为催化剂、n(萘二醌):n(催化剂)=1:2,乙酸乙酯为溶剂、反应温度70 ℃、反应时间7 h,在此工艺条件下,产物5,5-二甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢蒽-1,4-二酮得率为61.7%。

Abstract: 5,5-Dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroanthracene-1,4-dione was synthesized by alkylation of 6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)naphthalene-1,4-diquinone, and the structure of the product was analyzed by FT-IR, GC-MS and 1H-NMR. Effects of the types of catalysts and their dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, and the kind of solvent on the alkylation reaction were discussed, and the suitable reaction conditions were determined as follows: polyphosphate(PPA)was used as the catalyst; molar ratio of n(naphthalene quinone):n(polyphosphate)=1:2; ethyl acetate was used as the solvent; the reaction temperature was 70 ℃; reaction time was 7 h.The yield of the product was 61.7% at above reaction conditions.
