壳斗科植物组织培养研究进展

Research progress on in vitro micropropagation of Fagaceae plants

摘要: 壳斗科(Fagaceae)植物是北半球热带、亚热带及温带森林植被的主要建群树种,在我国分布广泛,具有重大的社会经济与生态价值。植物组织培养技术是林木优良种质繁殖及无性系化推广的主要途径之一。从组培苗再生途径、外植体选择、基本培养基及植物生长调节剂应用等方面总结了壳斗科植物组织培养研究的进展,在外植体选择中应考虑到选择的诱导途径,培养基和植物生长调节剂的选择应根据不同树种在基本培养基上的生长情况做相应调整。并探讨了其组培过程中存在的污染率高、褐化严重、增殖芽伸长、生根困难等问题及解决方法,旨在进一步推动壳斗科植物组织培养的发展。

Abstract: Abstract: The Fagaceae family includes the major tree species of the tropical, subtropical and temperate forest vegetation of the Northern Hemisphere and is widely distributed in China. Plants in this family are important in terms of their socioeconomic and ecological value. Plant tissue culture technology is one of the main methods used in promoting the excellent germplasm and asexual reproduction. This paper reviews progress made in studies of the micropropagation techniques used for Fagaceae plants, in terms of explant selection, basic media and the types and concentrations of plant growth regulator. Insights include that induction pathways should be considered in the selection of explants, and that different species require adjustments in the selection of media and plant growth regulators. Furthermore, several problems in recent studies and their solutions have been discussed, such as contamination, browning and the difficulties experienced in rooting and elongation of proliferation buds. All of this research is aimed at promoting tissue culture in Fagaceae plants.
