摘要: <正>目前研究人造板的质量主要依赖于产品的破坏性试验和人的感觉。利用X射线能把十多种人造板内部断面密度反映出来,薄的人造板其断面密度基本是均匀的,面厚的基内部则不均匀。板的表面密度大于内部的。压厚度大的人造板可采用高频——接触复合加热的方法。

Abstract: At present, the study into the quality of the wood-based panels largely depends upon distructive tests of the product and man’s senses. With the application of the X-ray, density profiles of about 10 kinds of wood-based panels can be made reflected. The density protiies of the thin panels are generally even, while the thick panels are not. The density on the surface of the panels are higher thaT that of the interior.
