摘要: <正>对阐叶材木炭用水蒸汽活化时,温度、时间和木炭颗粒度的变化对得到的活性炭的吸附力和得率的影响进行了研究。 结果表明,活化的最佳条件是在900℃下活化4小时,木炭的颗粒度为10—15mm。制得的粉状活性炭的亚甲基蓝脱色力为13.5ml,得率为30.3%。

Abstract: The effect of changes of temperature, time and particle size of charcoal on the adsorptive power and yield of activated carbon obtained through the activation of hardwood charcoal by steam has been studied.The result showed that the optimum condition was activation under the temperature of 900℃ for 4 hours with the particle size of charcoal ranging from 10 to 15 mm. The powder activated carbon produced had methylene blue decoloration 13.5 ml, the yield being 30.3%.
