摘要
<正>采用H培养基附加适量的2,4—D(2—3毫克/升)及BA(0.5毫克/升),诱导杨树茎尖愈伤组织的效果较好。 在低浓度BA(0.1毫克/升)及NAA(0.1毫克/升)的分化培养基上,茎叶很快分化。在愈伤组织形成幼小植株的过程中,同工酶酶谱有明显的变化。
Abstract
It was found that by using an H-medium as a basis medium with suitable amount of 2,4-D (2-3 mg/1. ) and BA (0.5mg/l), better effects were obtained in inducing cellus formations of poplar shoot apices.Stem and leaves differentiated rapidly on the differentiation medium with low concentration of BA (0,lmg/l) and NAA (0.1mg/1).In the process of plantlet formation from cellus, isoenzyme patterns changed apparently.
