摘要
<正>目前测定刨花板平面抗拉强度的方法存在着一些缺点:测定周期长,不能及时监督生产工艺。通过实际观察和分析,以及通过X射线对刨花板横断面的研究,提出了直接开槽法。研究证明:用直接开槽法测定厚刨花板平面抗拉强度是简单可行的;但试件尺寸不宜过大,以免发生劈裂。
Abstract
There exist, some shortcomings in the conventional method of evaluating the internal bond strength of particleboards. For one thing, it takes too much time to opportunely control the manufacturing process of the particleboard. After close observation and studying the character of the cross section of the particleboard under X-ray, we devised a direct ditching method, which has been proved to be convenient and practicable, only the specimen for test should not be too large lest it split.
